FlexibleSoft Co. products are software programs, so by their nature they cannot be returned to us, and we can therefore not refund or exchange software purchases. Instead we encourage all potential customers to evaluate our products before registering. All our products offer free evaluation periods. By making the most of these free evaluations, you can fully test the software and make sure that it does everything you need before purchasing a license.
